I am a proven and skilled Air Force aircraft maintenance superintendent with 20 years of experience. Proven abilities in problem solving, people management and motivation. Experienced in developing teaching curriculum as well as conducting technical training and mentoring. I have a strong passion to live and work in Japan. I have lived and traveled throughout Japan for 14 years. My interest in Japan drove me to attain a vast knowledge of Japan by acquiring a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies through the University of Maryland. In addition, I am set to graduate from the University of Maryland with a Master of Science in Transformational Leadership in 2021. I will also be transitioning from the Air Force to the civilian sector in 2021.
