I'm Dayantha and I'm a game artist. currently I am working as the Lead artist / Art Director at RingZero game studio( Bangkok ). Working on a AA project for console and PC. Previously I was at Bohemia Interactive , working on ARMA3® AND DAYZ®. Also I've worked on more than 6 mobile titles in the past.
Since my contract is going to end soon with my current company, I was looking for a new studio to join. I think I can bring something new to the plate with my 7+ years experience working in the industry. So I would dearly like to join any successful team and give my expertise I've gathered working in game industry for last 7+ years.

RingZero Game Studio
Developing AA title for consoles and PC. Working as a Lead artist | Art director.
• Overseeing and managing team of 15-20 artists on all disciplines of art production.
• Authoring production pipelines, art bibles and design bibles.
• Art direction.
• Coordinate with other department leads for everyday dailys and troubleshooting.
• Communicating and managing outsourcing on behalf of the company.
• Final touch ups on 3D assets, sculpting, texturing, lighting, set dressing, level design and color grading.

Senior Game Artist
Working on Arma3® and DaZ® Bohemia Interactive®. I am responsible for,
⦁ Modeling final ingame characters,environments, that includes sculpting high poly characters and environments for Arma3® and DaZ®
⦁ Texturing, generate all sorts of maps from high poly( normal, spec, displacement, AO, light, etc..)
⦁ Modeling low poly, optimized, ingame meshes that has friendly topology for skinning and rigging, and creating LODs.
⦁ Creating shaders (PBR) and materials and lighting.
⦁ Mentoring and managing the small team of artists.
⦁ Pipeline development for engine utilization.
