Hello! My name is Jovane Cuadero, 29 years old, was born and raised in the Philippines.  I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in English and passed Licensure Examination for Teachers in 2016 and then pursued my Masters degree in 2019, which I admittedly haven't completed yet.  I've been working as a customer service representative for four years, taking phone calls from customers in the United States which helps me constantly improve my communication skills.
