I have worked previously as a Head Start teacher for 1 year and I also have customer service experience of many years. 
The last 10 years I have been working in law enforcement as a communications officer so I do understand the value of great communication and do have multiple specialties in that field due to my experience. 
I can review grades and reports and I can prepare documents as needed. 
I am able to type 45-50 words permitiré as well. 
I have a strong work ethic and I believe I can be valuable to your company as well as help with translation. 
I speak basic to mid level Japanese and fluent in English and Spanish.
