来日外国人 37万人来れず

留学生・技能実習生などの人材不足
2020年1月以降に57万8千人に、来日するための認定証明書を交付したが、コロナウィルス対策により、その内37万人がいまだに来日できていない。
コロナ前にはインバウンドの流行や、技能実習生などによる日本企業の人材確保が右肩上がりだったが、コロナウィルスによりほぼゼロにまでなったが、ワクチン摂取・感染者数減少・経済活動の再開などにより、外国人材のニーズが出てきている。
