Our concept is “Taste in the mouth, Tell in the Mouth”.
We serve customers the variety of Sake from small breweries and foods by using the local ingredients to experience marriage.
We propose to enjoy by drinking sake at different temperatures.
Changing its temperature changes the aroma and taste dramatically.
Customer can enjoy our recommended sake with Fermented French cuisine.
Fermented French x Warmed Sake
We use sake lees from brewer, Miso and sake for french sauce.
We transport our customer to the attractive world of new style marriage.
50-60 kinds of rare sake for paring with fermented french cuisine
Chef used to work of 2 and 3 star french restaurant in France. He arrange the traditional french with fermented food for sake paring.

世界へ日本酒、特に燗酒の素晴らしさをお伝えするために、2016年10月に新規オープンしました。
常時50から60種類の日本酒をご用意しています。
日本酒を海外でも飲み続けていただくために、和食以外でも楽しんでいただけることを発見していただくお店を目指しています。
スタッフは、フランスの星付きレストランでも働いていたシェフとオーナー兼女将です。
明るく朗らかな方で、少人数で自由に同じ目標に向かって行ってくださる方を募集中です。英語でのコミュニケーションが好きな方はさらに歓迎です!

You can learn how to serve sake with food in restaurant and how to warming up sake with SAKE Sommelier(WSET Sake Level3)
Food is mainly french full course for dinner time. Also it is sake bar with Otsumami for bar time.
