The details
Position: Comprehensive position (candidate Chinese future site manager)
Location: Osaka
Transferred: Yes (in the future, transferred to a Chinese base as a Chinese base manager)
Business trip: Scheduled to be sent to a group company in China (Dalian) (salary unchanged)
・For one to two years after joining the company, we will conduct on-the-job training at our Japan head office, and in the future we anticipate a career plan as a manager at a Chinese base.
・If a global human resource joins the company, there is a possibility that it will be a temporary employee for the first half of the year and then a full-time employee.
(There is no change in treatment for temporary employees and regular employees during that period)
Bonus/work style
Bonus: Twice a year *FY2019 actual 2.6 months a year*Combined with shift system (9:00-18:00, 14:00-23:00, 23:00-9:00)
