【About Kids Duo】
“Learning English through play” is our concept at Kids Duo. Kids Duo is a school at which instructors not only teach the language, but also spend time together with the students in English. Age of students attending Kids Duo range from 3 to 12 years old. After a day ends at their nursery, kindergarten, and elementary school, students come to Kids Duo and spend several hours immersed in English. Activities (games, crafts, snacks, learning with worksheet, and phonics practice etc) change on a daily basis, so each day at Kids Duo is different to stimulate the students’ motivation. Instructors and students at Kids Duo Funabashi, are interesting in character and energetic.
【 What kind of job】
As a Kids Duo instructor, it is rewarding to see students improve their English, and also encouraging to see them mature in confidence.
We welcome applicants who are friendly and enjoys being around kids, as well as applicants who wish to work in Japan using English.
The role of the native instructor is to introduce the joy of learning English, and supporting personal growth through English education.
【English environment in Japan】
Only English is spoken at the workplace. Bilingual staffs are there to bridge any language barriers, so not being able to understand Japanese will not be a problem. We are looking for applicants who wish to work in Japan using English, and applicants who are eager to cooperate with bilingual staffs and school director to create a school that enables kids to thrive. Instructors may find working at Kids Duo beneficial; having opportunities to experience Japanese culture and learning Japanese.
