    There is no such "transfer system" in Japan. Changing schools is absolutely normal but the school which granted you your student visa must be informed in advance.

    The maximum amount of hours you can work is 28 hours per week. In case you have two jobs, the sum of them cannot be higher than 28 hours per week.
