Benefits
- Performance-based bonuses, paid twice a year (summer and winter)
- Last year's bonus: equivalent to 3 months' salary
- Includes a fixed overtime allowance of 50,000 JPY for 38 hours per month. Any overtime beyond this will be paid additionally.
