Job Description
MTG, reporting and collaboration with HQ and overseas offices
Create and manage a pipeline of new sales opportunities
Introduce product features, benefits, and USPs to prospective customers
Maintain relationships with key decision makers
Oversee sales activities within the within jurisdiction.
Collaborate with sales and accounting teams and other business units as needed
Keeps management informed of sales activities and gathers information on competitors' activities
Maintains current product knowledge of all products and solutions
Utilize knowledge of the market, the business and its component workflows, devise value-added solutions, and negotiate contracts to drive sales and revenue growth

Benefits
Contract employee / Permanent employee
Salary280,000 yen - 400,000 yen + incentives
(Annual income: 3.36 million yen to 4.8 million yen)
Trial period: 6 months
Contract employee during probationary period
After the probationary period, permanent employee will be appointed.
The above amount will be determined in consideration of experience and ability.
The above amount includes fixed overtime pay of 57,000 yen to 81,100 yen for 35 hours per month. Excess amount will be paid additionally. During the probationary period, monthly salary will be 235,000-315,000 yen, including a fixed overtime allowance of 48,000-63,900 yen for 35 hours per month.
