Enthusiastic and motivated individual living in Kyoto, looking to further my career in education. Willing to relocate if needed. Excellent team player but equally happy to work alone. Friendly and approachable, I enjoy teaching English in a more free and natural way, adapting to the persons individual needs rather than working from a textbook. I'm looking for a job where I can use this approach in a professional setting.

English speaking volunteer Kyoto International Language Club Klexon.
日本, 京都府, Kyoto
Klexon is an English language club which Japanese people pay to attend to improve their English speaking skills. As a volunteer I provide help on both a 1 to 1 and group basis. The first half of the session is individual conversation, the second half is group. It is the English volunteers responsibility to guide the conversation and help it develop naturally, assisting with questions about the language when requested. In the group sessions the volunteer takes more of a lead, moderating a natural conversation between all participants and helping when needed,
