The head chef position is someone who is the above traits, but also someone who has a background in SE Asian foods would be greatly appreciated, but is not necessary. We need a passionate head chef who can not only train others, but be able to express their creativity and passions through food.
- 5+ years chef experience
- Must be located in Tokyo with proper VISA (future sponsorship possible)
- Fluent in ENG / JP (native speakers not required)
- Able to run a fast-paced, high demand kitchen
- Head chef experience a +
- Living around Shibuya area a +
- SE Asian food knowledge a ++
Creating kitchen operations, handling staff training, creating seasonal/event menus constantly, handling vendors, managing schedules, and above all, building a strong community with the brand.
