During my internship at Huxley I was able to work with a very diversified team and get an insight into some of the leading companies in the Japanese market. I also received trainings regarding working with data, using Salesforce CRM system, and helped with projects. Weekly trainings allowed me to understand the basics of recruiting and to understand the process before and after a position is fulfilled.

During my time at university, my friend and I started a project called Brazil Impact in Japan. Our goal was to motivate young Brazilian people living in Japan, provide orientation and talk about education to this group. We mostly used Facebook to promote our idea, however, we also joined events and pitch contests to reach a broader audience. During this project, I was responsible for creating content, designing our logo and our image.
