I am currently a customer relationship mgmt. specialist tasked to manage a 3rd party BPO by ensuring quality after-sales support and customer experience without compromising policies within the given and achievable time frame. I started working as a field service support from an engineering company, then later switched my career to an IT company which led me to a position of service quality management for the digital channel. After a year of pure dedication, I was promoted to become the contact centre coordinator to handle a new 3rd party BPO. I believe that this career will help me to explore myself more and uncover my other potentials. There’s so much more in my abilities that I want to improve and discover.
