Software/Game Development is my passion have been actively programming for 13 years now. Part of which I used to teach myself C# programming and did expand over the years my skill set out of necessity or personal interest. Being responsible for projects or colleagues is no problem because I'm used to it and will mentor/teach them happily. In projects it's my preference to front load the work (definition of a lazy programmer) to prevent crunch and missing deadlines as well as better maintainability.
