Pretty new in Tokyo, i chose the charming Ogikubo as my new home.Taught English as a substitute teacher for six months right after i graduated college.After that, i was a garment manufacturer/ exporter for at least fifteen years.Made clothing specifically for japan street fashion labels .Conceptualized my own ice cream brand sometime in 2009 and created my signature line such as redbeet & orange, pumpkin, peanut butter, chocolate & tomato flavors- with young children in mind. Pursued my second bachelor degree, BS Real Estate Management in 2019. With most subjects from my first bachelor degree, credited, i graduated after two full semesters in 2020. I believe that one has to be open to new experiences in life, as there is nothing permanent in this world except change. with this mindset, I believe in adjusting my sail wherever the wind takes me, and to bloom wherever life planted me.I want to be here now- learn what i have to learn, enjoy what is there to enjoy, give whatever i can give , and share whatever knowledge i learned. I hope that in doing so, even in my own little way, i can contribute something to society.

Recognized by spot.ph for top 10 best new unusual ice cream flavors to try. Moringa, redbeet & orange, chili chocolate with saffron were top three from 10 flavors with the remaining 7 credited to other brands.
