I have started to work in InQuake Softworks since it was founded as a Director of Business Development.
My responsibilities was:
- Team Management and searching for new members;
- Creating and improving motivational system in the team;
- Searching and communication with publishers all around the world;
- Conclusion of the agreements with publishers and PR companies;
- Active participation in the Gamedesign and Script development;
- Creating company, marketing and development strategy;
During my work in InQuake Softworks i have been working with publishers: Focus Interactive (STYX, Battlefleet Gothic,
Divinity Original Sin), 505 Games (Payday, Rocket Legaue, Terraria), Nordic Games (Painkiller, Red Faction), Quihoo 360
(Civilization Online in the China), Wargaming (World of Tanks, World of Warplanes).
