Mask and Takeout Solutions responsible for a wide range of tasks relating to converting drawn base data into mask data to create a photo mask ready for production. The majority of my roll consists of layout work interacting with process integrators and OPC engineers to optimize the layout for printability. Other major tasks involve generating the data from base to mask and verifying it to ensure zero defects before the photomask is made. We work heavily with QA engineers for reliability issues and collaborate to come up with solutions to ensure the issues are fixed be it layout that we implement or process changes that can correct the issue. Database management and project coordination are other large rolls we take on to ensure all production data is managed accordingly. We have some experience with photo marks and test modules as well
