The Customer Support team is responsible for handling customers' request and questions as well as being the main contact with the video game developers.
- Very good German level (Native not required)
- Japanese language skills required (writing&reading)
- Detail-oriented and very good communication skills
8 hours a day, 5 days a week shifts. Part-time is a possibility (to be discussed).
Preference will be given to candidates willing contract a long-term contract (3 to 4 months or longer).
