About the Role: Playmakers are responsible for delivering consistent, proactive and professional play for all guests of LEGOLAND Discovery Center. You will guide our guests and children along an enthusiastic journey through the attraction space. The Playmaker is the public face of Play who is expected to be able to inspire creativity and storytelling for both children and their parents. Playmakers will be interacting with guests throughout their shifts inside the attraction, provide entertainment, amusement and interactive activities for our guests and should demonstrate an “always on” approach to top guest service.
